Train-the-Trainer for Healthcare Educators
A practical, workshop-style course for healthcare educators. Across five modules you design one real deliverable — a complete 60-minute healthcare education session plan — by understanding your learners, writing measurable objectives, sequencing an engaging session, choosing teaching and feedback techniques, and evaluating impact with Kirkpatrick’s four levels.

What is Train-the-Trainer for Healthcare Educators?
Follow Dr. Lina Hassan at the fictional Northbridge Clinical Education Centre as she redesigns a 60-minute session on “Safe Patient Identification and Handover” from a slide-heavy lecture into an active, assessable workshop. You build alongside her: a needs statement, measurable objectives, a 60-minute plan, teaching and feedback techniques, and an evaluation plan. All examples are fictional and illustrative — they do not replace your organization’s clinical policies, and completing the course is not a formal teaching qualification.

Questions people ask
Is this a formal teaching qualification?
No. It is a practical professional-development course. Completing it is not a formal teaching qualification and does not by itself certify real-world teaching competence.
Do I need to use real patient or organizational data?
No. Use the fictional examples, or your own non-confidential professional topic. Never upload confidential patient information or internal records.
Will my session plan be saved automatically?
The applied activities are workshop exercises you draft as you go. Capture your plan in your own document as you build it across the five modules.
