Teamwork & Crew Resource Management
High-performing teams don't happen by accident. Learn the behaviours that keep them safe under pressure.

What is Teamwork & Crew Resource Management?
Crew resource management (CRM) originated in aviation to reduce errors caused by poor teamwork and communication. In healthcare, CRM principles help teams in theatres, emergency departments, intensive care and maternity perform safely under pressure. This course covers leadership and followership, shared mental models, closed-loop communication, situational awareness, workload management, speaking up across hierarchy, briefings and debriefings.
