Burnout Prevention & Resilience
Recognise the early signs of burnout and build practical habits that protect your energy at work and beyond.

What is Burnout Prevention & Resilience?
Burnout is a work-related syndrome of exhaustion, cynicism and reduced effectiveness, and healthcare workers are among the most affected professions. It is driven largely by workload and the work environment, not by personal weakness. This course explains how burnout develops, how to recognise early warning signs in yourself and colleagues, evidence-informed strategies individuals can use, and what teams and leaders can change. It is educational and does not replace professional mental health support.
